clamped onto a heavy wooden sound box, which in turn is attached to a metal floor stand.
Used in The Fish that became the Sun; one used in Towards the Darkness.

L3   Satin cloth 18 inches square, mounted on a padded board and rubbed with
plasterknife and other implements.
Used in Prison Song.
